Which areas do you cover?
Domu Conciergerie covers two areas of southern Corsica: the Porto-Vecchio area (Porto-Vecchio, Palombaggia, Santa Giulia, Cala Rossa, Pinarello, Lecci) and the Ajaccio area (Ajaccio, Route des Sanguinaires, Porticcio, Gulf of Ajaccio).
How is the quote calculated?
The quote is based on the floor areas you declare in the form, travel included, and is sent within minutes for online signature. Partner services are quoted separately.
Do you work on Saturdays in high season?
Yes, but Saturday slots are limited in July and August. Friday and Sunday arrivals are easier to secure.
How are outdoor areas charged?
Outdoor areas (terraces, pool deck and coping) are not sold on their own: they are added to one of our services. They appear on a separate line of the same quote, based on the areas you declare, and are invoiced together with the service. They are counted once per villa, even if you choose several services.
Do you supply linen?
Household linen is supplied by the owner and we make up the beds at every changeover. Hotel linen can be arranged on request.
How does invoicing work?
A quote is signed online before the season, then visits are grouped into a weekly invoice settled each week. Quotes and invoices are sent to you by email.
Do you maintain the pool and the garden?
No. We clean the pool surround, coping and outdoor furniture, but we do not handle water treatment or gardening.
