Luxury villa housekeeping in southern Corsica
Domu Conciergerie looks after luxury villas around Porto-Vecchio and Ajaccio, in southern Corsica. We work for private owners and rental agencies who expect hotel-standard finishing and complete discretion.
Our teams handle changeovers between guests, housekeeping during stays, deep cleans at the start and end of the season, and post-construction cleaning. Every visit ends with a validated checklist and a photo report, sent to you after each visit.

Changeover cleaning
Full turnaround between guests, linen change, equipment check and photo report before the next arrival.
Season opening and closing
Detailed deep clean of the villa before the season, full shutdown afterwards. Outdoor areas as an add-on, on the same quote.
Outdoor areas
Terraces, railings, pool surround, sun loungers, garden furniture, barbecue and fire pit.
Post-construction cleaning
New build handover or end of renovation: construction dust, paint and adhesive residue, windows, floors and surroundings. November to March.
Where we work
We operate in two areas of southern Corsica: around Porto-Vecchio (Palombaggia, Santa Giulia, Cala Rossa, Pinarello, Lecci) and in the Ajaccio area (Ajaccio, Route des Sanguinaires, Porticcio, Gulf of Ajaccio). Two deliberately compact areas keep response times short and mean the same teams know every villa.
A network of exclusive partners
Beyond housekeeping we work with a pool technician, a florist and other selected trades, bound to us by exclusive agreements: water treatment, floral arrangements, garden care, small repairs and emergency call-outs. One point of contact, one invoice.
