Villa changeover cleaning

Between one guest leaving and the next arriving, we return the villa to exactly the state you want it presented in. Every visit ends with a photo report sent before the arrival.

What is included

• Floors, surfaces and dusting throughout
• Bathrooms, disinfection and restocking
• Kitchen and appliances, fridge emptied and cleaned
• Full change of bed and bath linen, beds made
• Waste removal and equipment check
• Photographed report of any damage found

Options

Routine cleaning of outdoor areas (terraces, pool deck and coping), on a separate line of the same quote. Hotel linen, welcome products and high exterior windows: on request, quoted separately.

High season

In July and August changeovers concentrate on Saturdays and slots are limited. Arrivals on Friday or Sunday are easier to secure and allow a more thorough preparation.
